"I had a very disappointing experience at this PG and would not recommend it to anyone. The facilities and management are far below acceptable standards. Rooms are poorly maintained, the cleanliness is almost non-existent, and basic hygiene is not taken seriously at all. Washrooms are dirty most of the time, water supply is inconsistent, and sometimes you have to wait a long time just to get clean water. The management is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Any complaint raised is either ignored or delayed for days. Instead of resolving issues, they simply give excuses. The behaviour towards tenants is rude and careless, and it genuinely feels like they don’t care about the comfort or safety of the residents. In short, this PG is overpriced, mismanaged, and extremely unsatisfactory. I regret choosing this place and would advise others to think twice before staying here. There are far better options available nearby."
